Get Trackers

Gets list of trackers in the group.

• user
• pwd (md5 hash of the password)
• token (if token is passed user and pwd is not needed)
• grpid
• datetime (optional, YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss local date time of allocated trackers)
