Parameters
- user
- pwd (md5 hash of the password)
- groupName
- dateInit (this should be formated YYYYMMDD)
- dateEnd (both the start and end date refer to hour 0, so if a comp has it's last day on the 2017-02-25, it dateEnd should be set to 20170226, i.e. 2017-02-26 00:00:00)
- utcOffset (number of seconds from UTC)
- isPublic the group is publicly visible
- isComp the group is a competition
